    What a bunch of sickos! I ordered my usual at the till on the day they were expecting me to and they had my order ready in a bag hidden under the counter. They pretended to grab some fresh bakes and swapped the bag with one they had prepared earlier. It wasn't cooked through and it didn't even taste of gregs. I don't know what it was but they all had a good laugh about it. Someone told me they like wiping themselves on the bakes. You are all a bunch of sickos for what you do to people's food.

    Greggs is nice and you know what to expect at GreggsThe recent refurbishment also looks great.Where it scores down is the idea that I should pay more to eat in.I do not care if this is standard across Greggs or other convenience food chains. It’s a stupid idea.In a town centre where there aren’t many places to sit when it’s busy, I’d rather not pay extra to sit down...

    Excellent. Friendly and professional customer service with nice food that is reasonably priced. I came in wanting to try the vegan sausage roll, (and this was also my first time trying any Greggs product) but I had to wait for minutes as they were still in the oven when I arrived. The staff were very polite and offered me a free hot drink while I was waiting. I didn't want the drink as I wouldn't be able to carry it and the sausage roll (as my hands were full and with a suitcase and backpack) so I refused the free hot drink, but they still gave me an already fully stamped free hot drink card and they gave me an extra sausage roll for free because I had to wait. All around great first experience of Greggs. Will come again sometime.
